Can you build on my existing block, or do I need to knock down first?

Both are options. We build new custom homes, complete knock-down rebuilds on your existing block, and renovations or extensions to homes you want to keep. We will talk through which path suits your site and budget.

Do you help with design and planning approvals?

Yes. We guide you through design and approvals and work with trusted designers and draftspeople, so the process runs smoothly from your first idea through to a council approved set of plans.
